What are your rates?

Blower door and Duct testing with official reports are $500 for first test, $300 for re-test.

Efficiency testing and consulting starts at an hourly rate of $100

What if i fail my test?

Don’t worry. We offer a lowered rate for retests, and can analyze/work on your issues for an hourly rate. Home owner or contractor, we can help you get where you need to be.
